Tea is an ancient beverage, recognized for the positive impact it has on health and the important role it plays in cultures around the world. There are significant health benefits to drinking tea, so it would be wise to continue the habit, while substituting tea bags for loose leaf tea. Or buy tea in bags from a reputable company that doesn’t use plastic or bleach in their manufacturing.

I grew mint this year and drank it freshly picked every. It tasted so sweet and delicious. Before winter arrived I picked a load and dried it for my tea over the winter.
